The stress and anxiety we experience whilst navigating change and uncertainty can disconnect us from the goodness that resides in our bodies.

Yoga and somatic enquiry remind us that just as change is part of the human experience, so is vitality, juiciness and aliveness. In a culture that thrives on objectifying our precious bodies, tapping into the capacity to experience joy and pleasure can be healing and empowering.

Join me on Friday 26 March 6:30p.m. - 8:30p.m. @triyogauk for an evening of embodied enquiry, breath and movement to soften into the sensory pleasure that is our birthright.

A powerful somatic exploration of moving and connecting with the body, The Non-Linear Movement Method®️ uses gentle, non-forceful movements to allow for unwinding and releasing of physical tension, emotional contraction and underlying mental loops.

The result is a self-guided, systematic unburdening of the nervous system, a mind that is soothed by dropping into the rhythms of the body, and an increased capacity for trusting ourselves.

Yoga and somatics are the perfect practices to bring us home to our bodies, reconnecting us to the wellspring of goodness and wisdom within. Come and tap into the wisdom of your body and its ability to support you through challenging times and beyond.

Join me at Yoga on the Lane for a 3 week series of Women’s Wisdom Circles. Each week we will explore a different theme through shared discussion engaging in practices of embodied movement, breath, journaling and self-reflection. You will feel empowered with the tools and wisdom to honour and befriend your true nature.

Wednesdays 17, 24, 31 March 8-9.15pm £30. No yoga experience is necessary. Dress comfortably and have a quiet space to practice along with a journal and pen.
