In this workshop we will engage in gentle stretching and movement to prepare the body for breathing and practice a series of mindfulness breathing techniques to bring us into the moment by moment awareness of the full spectrum of emotions, feelings and sensations that make you uniquely human.

Our breath is one of the simplest and most available resources we have yet few of us are accessing it to its fullest capacity. Our rapid, hi tech lifestyles, stress, thought patterns and the numbing of sensations and feelings disconnect us from the healing power of the breath to live calmer, fuller and happier lives. This series of 3 workshops will cover a range of breathing techniques that make space to explore and connect with your vital life force of breathing.
