I will be joining other amazing teachers @triyogauk to offer FREE daily yoga classes for our NHS workers.
On Thursdays 7-8pm I will guide an open level yoga, breath and movement class open to all bodies regardless of your experience.
If you are an NHS worker please book via the button below. All you need to do is show your NHS card at the start of class.
