My yoga journey began 22 years ago whilst seeking balance in a busy professional career and has been my steadfast companion through menstruation, pregnancy, motherhood, perimenopause and menopause. I harness 12 years of teaching experience offering you a safe and supportive space to tune in to your body and let it guide you to cultivate a greater sense of ease and freedom to embrace your WHOLE SELF with love, kindness and compassion.
I am particularly interested in the therapeutic benefits of yoga and breath having personally experienced its healing power to overcome my autoimmune condition and manage symptoms through my menopause journey. I offer a unique combination of yoga, breath and somatic enquiry practices that have been tailored to support you in managing hormonal changes that can give rise to hot flushes and night sweats, stress and anxiety, insomnia and fatigue, joint pain and muscle weakness. Most importantly through these practices you will develop TRUST in your body and its cues for greater nourishment, pleasure and wellbeing.
