Women’s Wellness Circle: Moving into Hormonal Balance

Join me and nutritionist Le’Nise Brothers for a women’s circle to discuss the female hormonal cycle and to engage in embodied movement, restorative yoga and breathing practices that honour our bodily wisdom.

We will give an overview of the female hormonal system and menstrual cycle with an emphasis on the symptoms that arise from hormonal imbalances such as premenstrual tension, irregular periods, PCOS and endometriosis. Le’Nise will speak on the importance of key nutrition and lifestyle modifications to nourish and support the menstrual cycle and balance hormones.

I will introduce pranayama breathing techniques and guide you through an embodied movement and restorative yoga practice to smooth out the nervous system, encouraging you to look inwards and connect to your essential feminine nature.

You will leave feeling empowered with the tools and wisdom to navigate hormonal shifts with ease.
