As a Nutritional Therapist I motivate you to adopt a healthy way of living through the food you enjoy and the life you want to lead. Nutritional therapy is based on the scientific principle that food, as nature intended it, provides the nutrients needed to heal the body and to help bring us back to a state of optimum health and vitality. Looking after your hormones starts with nourishing them with the right amount and quality of nutrients so they can in turn do their job of looking after you.
We explore the potential root causes of your symptoms looking at your individual and family health history, nutritional intake, hormonal cycles, lifestyle, exercise, your beliefs and thought patterns. I guide you to reconnect and listen to your body nourishing it through a combination of nutrition and lifestyle modifications, natural supplements, breath, movement and mindset tools. We may also decide to dig a little deeper with functional laboratory tests. The goal is to help you shift the attitudes and perceptions about your body, so that you are able to make healthy and informed decisions that affect your body and allow you to be the best version of yourself. When you feel well within yourself you are able to be of highest service to your relationships, family, community and the workplace.
