Pelvic Floor Awakening: Yoga, Breath and Movement

Every Friday at 12pm Via Zoom

This class aims to bring awareness to the pelvic floor and lower body through yoga, breath and gentle movement. We engage in yoga poses that offer tone and range of movement to the pelvic floor and finish off with a guided lower body relaxation.

Step 1 - Register below.After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
