Women’s Body Wisdom Relax and Resource Weekend is about embracing your WHOLE self–mind, body and soul.
We will gather as women to honour our wisdom, uplift and support each other on our unique journey into perimenopause, menopause and beyond.
Friday Oct 9th - 12th, Fair Oak Farm, Sussex
Navigating the hormonal shifts that are a natural part of the female experience can take us into unfamiliar territory of fluctuating emotions and physical sensations. Knowing that you are not alone on this journey and that you are innately equipped with the tools and knowledge to balance your hormones can be incredibly empowering. The transition into Perimenopause in our early 40s and beyond into Menopause is one such journey.
Gabriella will guide you in daily meditation, yoga, movement and breathing practices tailored to the common symptoms women experience in this natural transition. The talented and creative chef Heather Umlah will offer cooking demonstrations and nutrition talks for hormone support. Our special guest, Yvonne Henrietta will offer the space for deep relaxation and nervous system support with a restorative yoga workshop. We will gather at the end of each day to share our reflections, experience the beauty of essentials oils and widen our circle of connection.
You will be nourished with delicious plant-based meals to resource your body and mind for optimal health. Time to rest and reflect in nature or to be pampered by a massage will be available.
We hope you will leave feeling more knowledgeable and empowered to reclaim your body’s natural intelligence to journey into perimenopause, menopause and beyond with greater ease.
