My purpose is to help you KNOW and TRUST your body. Tuning in and really listening to how your body wants to be nourished in the way of food, rest, contemplation, movement and pleasure.
When we are able to do this we connect more intimately with ourselves, our relationships and the world around us.
I have spent the last 12 years informing and inspiring women to develop greater awareness of their physical and emotional bodies and embrace their whole selves through the practices of yoga, embodied movement, breath work, nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
